If you ever have an issue, please reach out. We offer free lifetime email and phone support for as long as you own your sweeper.

90-day satisfaction guarantee

Our sweepers are fully guaranteed for 90 days after delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your device, you may return it for a full refund. We will process your refund within 3 business days after the device is received at our manufacturing location. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees.

5 year warranty for manufacturer defects

We offer a 5 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, meaning that if a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide the replacement part free of charge. We’ll provide the instructions needed for you to install the new component. While the warranty parts are free, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Accidental damage & crash replacement policy

If your sweeper is damaged due to an accident, improper use, overloading, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the intended purpose, this falls outside of our manufacturer defect warranty. However, we still want to keep you rolling. In these cases, replacement parts are readily available for purchase.

Wear and tear (consumables)

Certain parts are designed to wear out over time and are not covered under the manufacturer defect warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • brush
  • rubber lip (at the front of the sweeper)
  • tires and inner tubes
  • shroud (clear polycarbonate cover)
  • plastic bins (hybrid only)
  • battery degradation from charge cycles

To initiate a return, claim a warranty replacement, or just ask a maintenance question, please contact us. Please include a description of the issue and photos or videos to help our engineers diagnose the problem.
