Bike lane sweeping on the Sunshine Coast, BC

Sweeper #1: The first bike lane sweeper is a push-aside sweeper (V2) shown in the following photo. It’s currently in Wilson Creek. It has a number of refinements over previous prototypes and is being thoroughly tested before more get built. The materials that went into this bike lane sweeper were paid for by a grant from Vancouver Coastal Health to Transportation Choices Sunshine Coast. Here‘s a video of this sweeper in action, and here‘s a blog post about its fabrication.
