This bike lane sweeper is a push-aside prototype. The materials that went into this bike lane sweeper were paid for by a grant from Vancouver Coastal Health to Transportation Choices Sunshine Coast. Here‘s a video of this sweeper in action, and here‘s a blog post about its fabrication.

Sweeper 1

This bike lane sweeper is a rudimentary prototype. It was preivously a pick-up sweeper used in Portland. A newer pick-up sweeper was delivered to Portland, then this one was brought to the Sunshine Coast and converted into a push-aside sweeper.
